Restaurants, offices, churches and small manufacturers buy HVAC differently: on uptime, on responsiveness, and on whether you can service what they already have. The searches are lower volume and considerably less contested than residential.
If you do this work, it needs its own page — named by what they search for, with the equipment types you handle, response times you can actually meet, and service agreement terms. A residential page will not rank for it and will not convince a facilities manager.
It also changes the advertising arithmetic: fewer clicks, higher value, and a longer sales cycle, which what a lead is actually worth helps you price.
